IVI Communications, Inc. Launches Lickity-Split(SM) Fixed Wireless Broadband

IVI Communications, Inc. Launches Lickity-Split(SM) Fixed Wireless Broadband

February 14, 2005

Los Angeles, California, PR Newswire-First Call- IVI Communications, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: IVCM-NEWS - News) announced today the launch of Lickity-Split(SM), its national broadband Internet service.

Lickity-Split(SM) wireless broadband will be marketed, delivered and supported by IVCM’s owned and operated locally branded ISPs and local ISP affiliates. IBC Wireless, a wholly owned subsidiary of IVCM, will survey, engineer, and install the Lickity-Split(SM) systems.

Nyhl Henson, CEO of IVCM explained, "While broadband Internet access penetration has exceeded 50% in the major metropolitan markets it lags far behind in rural communities, averaging less than 5%. In towns with a population less than 10,000, broadband internet access may simply not be available."

Mr. Henson stated, "We believe that this market niche will prove to be lucrative for the Company. The opportunity exists now! With the acquisition of IBC and the strong relationships that we have developed with leading fixed wireless equipment manufacturers such as Motorola Canopy and Alvarion, IVCM is ready to implement its plan to deploy Lickity-Split(SM) branded networks throughout America."

Charlie Roodenburg, COO of IVCM stated, "One of the key elements of our plan is the strength of a local presence in each Lickity-Split(SM) market. Lickity-Split(SM) customers will enjoy the benefit of local support from an established local brand."

Jim Hollis, President of recently acquired IBC Wireless said, "Lickity-Split(SM) was tested and is now being deployed in the Boone, NC market by IVCM’s recent acquisition, AppState.net."

IVCM has also initiated an engineering survey with the intent of designing and installing a wireless "pure-play" network in a rapidly developing affluent suburban market in the southeastern United States. This market encompasses 450 square miles and over 100,000 households.

Nyhl Henson explained, "This is not a speculative effort, we have a customer and a funding source that has commissioned this survey. We have identified similar opportunities in Kansas, South Carolina, and eastern Tennessee."

About IVI Communications, Inc.

IVI Communications’ first objective is to acquire up to 50,000 dialup subscribers in strategic tier-three markets across America. IVCM will operate the ISPs under the local brands but implement administrative centralization to achieve economies of scale and to generate cash flow. In conjunction with the acquisition of dialup ISPs, the Company will launch Lickity-Split(SM), a nationally branded wireless broadband service.

It is the Company's goal to grow up to 250,000 subscribers over the next three years through both aggressive marketing and ISP acquisition. The Company plans to significantly increase revenue through conversion of many of its dialup customers to its nationally branded fixed wireless broadband service.
